I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bar Hemingway in the Ritz Paris. I had been anticipating the visit for many years; Colin Field and his team were reportedly among the best in the world. As an avid drinker, it is unquestionable that the bar represents the epitome of drinking. Hundreds of Euros and more cocktails than I care to mention later, everything was exquisite.
Sit at the bar. Ignore the cost of the drinks; it is irrelevant. Must-try’s include the Vesper Martini and the Raspberry Martini. There is no other place like it.
