The un-endorsement: Norma’s

Just a year ago, I may have contended that Norma’s was one of the few Michelin-worthy breakfast places in the city.  No longer.

Norma’s used to serve expertly prepared breakfast food with a twist.  Now it just serves crappy breakfast food with a twist.  The waffles are soggy, the omelets no longer filling, “greens” (those random decorative green leaves people put on plates as filler) have replaced actual food.  In short, the place has gotten so popular it has slowly yet consistently lowered the quality of its food.  And it is no longer worth the wait or the cost.   Farewell, what was once a great breakfast.
